Pink Garlic Prawns on Polenta

Serves 2

1 tsp Massel Better Bouillon, Chicken Stlye
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 cloves fresh garlic (2 if pre-minced)
8 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp tomato paste

In a heavy base fry pan, heat the olive oil over med-high heat. Add minced garlic and stirfry quickly until lightly coloured. Add the prawns and fry until pink and fluffy. Sprinkle with th bouillon powder, add the sweet chilli sauce and tomato paste and stir through.. Add the wine and waterand stir to create homogenous pan juices. Serve on grilled polenta with mesclunlettuce on the side.
