Sauteed Prawn

Serves 2

1 Easygarlic or 1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teasp Massel Stock Powder Chicken Style
2 tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
12 green prawns
1 red hot chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley

1.- Rinse and pat dry the deveined and peeled prawns.
2.- In frypan heat oil, add the prawns and chilly. Sprinkle with stock powder.
3.- Toss prawns until they turn pink.
4.- Hold Easygarlic portion in its foil wrapper over the prawns, open side down and squeeze gently the portion diagonally. It will pulverize immediately.
5.- Add the wine, stirring well.
6.- Spoon prawns over the Polenta slices (for recipe see Easy microwave Polenta) or boiled rice , sprinkle with parsley and serve with mixed salad greens.

Note: Shellfish is good food for the heart and brain, delivering mentally energizing chemical to make you feel 'up' and promote brain power. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower cholesterol and prevent dangerous blood clots.
Careful ! some people who have gall bladder problems will react badly to shellfish, especially if the rest of the meal contains high fat levels.
