Mince Frittata

Serves 4

2 teasp Massel Better Bouillon Beef Style
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 lb of beef mince
4 eggs
1 teasp chopped parsley (optional)

In a frypan heat the oil, add the mince and sautee on medium-high heat until well cooked but not too dry. Add the eggs, sprinkle with Massel better Bouillon and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Be quick and mindful to have all the egg white nicely firm without overcooking the yolk. Serve sprinkled with chopped parley with a side of green salads and boiled potatoes.

This is the dish to save the day when everyone is hungry and you are late...
