Serves 4 1 teasp of Massel Better Bouillon Vegetable 1x 15 oz canned Roma tomatoes 14 oz shredded low fat mozzarella 7 oz button mushrooms, peeled and finely sliced 7 oz shaved ham, chopped 2 tblsp pitted olives 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Place 2 Lebanese bread rounds on each tray.
Crush tomatoes in the can,then add the Better Bouillon while stirring.
Spred the rounds with the pureed tomatoes. Distribute the mushroom slices, the chopped ham, the mozzarella and the pitted olives amongst the rounds, spreading evenly. Drip sparingly with the olive oil .
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until bread is crispy and cheese melted and golden.
Fast to prepare and delicious, it is light in fat content.
