Serves 2 2 teasp extra vigin olive oil 1 teasp lemon jiuce 2 very thin veal steaks 2 tbsp Massel Supergravy Supreme |
In a frypan heat olive oil on high. Put Supreme Gravy Powder onto a dish. Lightly coat veal slice, each side. Add to pan and brown for 1 minute each side. Remove veal from pan and place onto pre-heated plate. Serve on stir fried green beans. Sprinkle sparingly with a squeeze of lemon juice.
