How to use your ULTRACUBE:
As suggested by Paola, our best family-cook, with 30 years experience in the kitchen.
Consommé (Time: 1 min):
Just drop 1 cube in 1 pint of hot water (or 2 cubes in a quart), stir for a moment until the cube has dissolved and serve.
Soup base (Time: 30 seconds):
Just drop 1 cube in 1 pint of boiling water (or 2 cubes in a quart). TIP: To finish the soup: Add all your other ingredients, boil the lot for the prescribed time and serve. Voila.
Fresh Stock (Time: 1 min):
Dilute 2 Cubes in 3 cups of hot water and stir for a moment, until the cubes have melted. In a flash, you’ll have a healthy and delicious stock to bring alive all your dishes at a fraction of the cost of an equivalent fresh broth now on the market. Left over broth can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.One box of 10 cubes will provide 4 quarts of fresh stock.
Note 1: If you are looking for lower sodium content in the broth, just use 2 Salt-Reduced Ultracube.
Note 2: When cooking, add the appropriate number of cubes in your savory dish for top results. The number of cubes to be used depends on the volume of the food you are preparing and the strength in taste you are looking for. Experimenting with Ultracube is a short affair, as you’ll get the hang of it very quickly.
